Acceptable high silica (quartz) sandstones, well rounded particles, relatively clean of otherminerals and impurities as per American Petroleum Institute API standard RP 56. (Updated SGSLAB test will be available after signature of DRAFT CONTRACT and prior to load the product atload port)

- Quantity: Total 600.000 - 1.200.000 Metric tons per year, 50.000 - 100.000 MT per month, or tonegotiate.- Trial shipment: open to negotiation.
- Renewable contract with options to increase quantity and / or renew for up to 3 years undersame provisions and terms.
- Packing: 1 MT Super Sacks, loaded in TEU.
- Price offered: CIF ASWP 183 US$. X MT
Price includes product, jumbo bag, THC, taxes, TEU.- 100% OF Payment will be drawn down at Port of loading once the product has been checked andpasses quality assessment, via Documentary Letter of Credit with a US Bank.
