Aluminium Alloy Ingot is produced at Manaksias Haldia Plant and Bankura Plant near Durgapur. The Plants are fully equipped with the state- of- the- art converting equipments including Spectrometer to ensure strict control on processing & testing line for obtaining internationally acceptable quality products. Manaksias Aluminium Alloy Ingot has found its acceptance in national & international market.



Aluminium Alloy Ingot is used for manufacturing die casting components for 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler and ultimately reduces the total weight of the vehicle and thus saves fuel. Because of its high melting point, Aluminium Alloy is subjected to die casting in a cold chamber in contrast to hot chamber and thus eliminates contamination of molten alloy with iron.
