I- hose is an economic injection system for planned sealing of construction joints in concrete structures.

Build- up / Functional principle

During concreting, the foamed plastic jacket prevents any laitance from penetrating the injection channel and clogging the outlets. During the injection process, the injection substance is forced out through the spiral outlets of the hose core. The injection pressure opens the slotted perforations so that the injection substance emerges through the slots to all sides. Shrink holes, rock pockets and micro- fine cracks around the injection hose and the construction joint are sealed. Injection channel (internal diameter: 6 mm )

Updated quality inspections confirm the excellent reliability of the Leschuplast GLT i- hose in connection with the injection resin IH 81, which are taken as a basis for the AbP (General Construction Supervision Certificate) P- 22- MPA NRW- 3775. Laboratory tests carried out that the i- hose in connection with the injection resin IH 81 sealed up distribution pressures up to 10 bar respectively 100 m water column.
