1. Hydraulic & Pneumatics: We have bucketful capability to produce fresh unit of complete Hydraulic Jack of 1200 mm in which pump is excluded. We done our job scientifically as per customer satisfaction by implementing well known methods and formulas such as used for pressure, work load, thrust, IP/ OP, power, hardness etc & by effect wise we are very careful about the quality plus with all efforts to avoid misdeal to material and using appropriate object to achieve sense full results such as grade of steel, fluids & nature viewing where to be finish product is applied. We have complete setup for Hard Chrome facility up to 400 mm diameter in to 3400 mm length of work piece with plating thickness of 25- 200 microns currently and move forward to upgrade as per market needs. 2. Bright Nickel & Flush Chrome: We are also deal in headed services at industrial level by having quality approved from AL ESSAYE refrigerator, ABB Middle East etc. 3. Casting: - We are principally deal in CAST IRON products as, I m mentioned above we are supplier for the OEM parts to ALLIED TRACTOR PAKISTAN. We are currently in process and assembling Casting line with capability of 300 kg work piece. Whole of the arrangement of machines & furnace is over and we are bit away to perform. 4. Powder Coating: With a tremendous automatic & manual line at two different places we are serving to the Saudi market sine a long period. We are capacious to have job for 1500 x 2400 x 6000 mm with mass of 300 kg. We have automatic conveyer system of 5300 mm circle. Polyester and Epoxy Coatings as per atmospheric & weather effects with salt spray facility plus coating thickness testing.
