Attempt to purchase scrap HSM1 and HSM2.

In a volume of 20,000 tons per month in a 12-month contract price renew and extended quarterly, using a bank letter of credit payment, the purpose of this Letter of Intent is to summarize our analysis to update and confirm our intention in respect to the afore mention contract for the material described above.

Through this document, we request you provide complete information in regards to stocks, prices, logistics and inspection dates for physical inventory of the materials described above.

This document is only a LETTER OF INTENT. Not intended to be nor should it in any way be constructed as legal or binding agreement and shall not impose any duty or liability to any party, till the above reflects the mutual declaration of intent, sign and return attached copy.
