??ollecting, processing and exporting scrap metal from Angola

We are Namibian based company. Our partners in Angola have recently been awarded a concession to collect, process and export scrap metal from Angola. The scrap metal is made up of thousands (possibility millions) of tons of civilian and military vehicles as well as abandoned shipwrecks and oil platforms.

This concession is in line with Angola’s reconstruction programme and is aimed at restoring the environment and thereby the natural aesthetics of the country.

It is in this view that we are inviting your esteemed company to forge an alliance us with us in order to create an effective and profitable scrap metal business and thereby contribute to the restoration of the environment and the reconstruction of Angola in general.

Owing to the complexities in forming JVs in Angola, we propose to form a Namibian company (can be a wholly owned Namibian subsidiary of your company) which will enter into a cooperation agreement with the Angolan company that holds the concession. Your role as technical partner will be to provide start-up capital, technical and operational expertise based on a business plan.
