Payment:

a. After the contract is closed buyer send 10% of the contract value as downpayment via TT against invoice. The contract become valid after the downpayment is credited on sellers?  account.

b. 90% as irrevocable, non-transferable documentary letter of credit, payable 100% at sight, at loading port, against shipping documents (see 3.7) at the counters of the sellers bank or 90% payment with CAD
