All papers, admitted for presentation at the Conference, and meeting the submission requirements, will be published in the Proceedings of University of Rousse, which will be printed on paper and issued on electronic carrier and uploaded on the conference web site. Outstanding contributions will be reviewed and published in the periodical "Journal of the Rousse Union of Scientists", received in over 40 libraries at home and abroad.
