Offer Description - We need buying used rail scrap

We are one of the scrap trader from India now we need used rail exporter in south Africa and west Africa

WE NEED BUYING USED RAIL AS PER FOLLOWING BASED


Product: USED RAILS R 50 - R 65 (50% minimum)

The Seller guarantees to the Buyer that the Goods delivered under the present Contract will correspond to the characteristics shown below:

ISRI CODE: 50-65- The scrap consists of R50-R65 (50% minimum) of Rails as R-50 (51.67 kg/m-GOST-7173-75), R65 (64.72 kg/m-GOST- 165-75), and Length: 12.00 meter (+/- 5 cm.), cutting to 1.5 meters (max) according to INCOTERMS-2000. Cutting fees are included in the price.

Free of all explosives, shrapnel, cartridge, other arms or munitions used or otherwise or other enclosed containers. Free of all radioactive material, chemical products, paint or other dangerous or unwanted materials, free of organic waste, or other dangerous substances containing total non-metallic impurities of no more than 1% maximum.

The rails are to be neatly bundled and secured with iron wire or straps, provided with adequate lifting hooks. Individual bundles not to exceed 5 MT.

The rails are assembled in stacks organized and maintained on a secure site with restricted and strictly controlled access, with steel bands and rope and equipped with appropriate lifting hooks.

Norms: R-50 GOST – 7173-75 and R.- 65 GOST – 8165-72. The scrap consists of R-50 (51,67kg/m)

R-65 (64,72 kg/m used rails R 50-R 65 (50% minimum) and according to INCOTERMS 2000.

(27) Rail, steel no. 1 standard section tee rails, original weight 50 pounds per yard or heavier, size cut in 1.2-1.5 meters lengths and over. Suitable for rerolling into bars and sharpes. Free from bent and twisted rails, frog, switch and guard rails or rails with split heads and broken flanges. Continuous welded rail may be included provided no weld is over 9 inches from the end of piece of rails.

(29) Rail, steel no. 3 standard section tee, girder and or guard rails to be free from frog and switch rails no cut apart and contain no manganese, cast, welds or attachments of any kind except angle bars. Free from concrete, dirt and foreign material of any kind and length:  meters (min.) to 1,5 meters (max.) 1,5meters exceeding not (+/-5cm).

The rails are to be neatly bundled and secured with iron wire or straps, provided with adequate lifting hooks and the individual bundles not to exceed 5 metric tons (each).

Cutting fees are included in the CIF price and to be for shippers/sellers/ account.

All rails to be free of any kind of explosives, shrapnel, cartridges or any other arms and munitions used or otherwise, free of all radioactive materials, chemical products, paint or other dangerous and unwanted materials (electronic waste), free of any organic waste or other dangerous substances containing total non-metallic impurities of no more than 1% maximum.

Payment Terms: 100% L/C FROM PRIME BANK

Performance Bond: The Seller shall guarantee the fulfillment of the contract paying the Buyer 2% of the purchase price of 100% before the Buyer activates the documentary letter of credit.

Inspection: By an authorized authority (SGS) for issuance of pre-shipment certificate, at the port of loading at the Seller’s account. The Buyer reserves the right to do a second inspection at the port of loading and at its buyer own cost.


Product Quality and Specifications: The commodity shall match the inspection certificate issued by the above-mentioned authority to be defined in the contract at the port of loading.

We need proof of stock so seller get QUANTITY ANALYZE CERTIFICATE FROM SGS before signing the contract
