We can offer you a 5,000 MT trial order, with subsequent contract supplies of 50,000–100,000 MT to commence somewhat later, allowing us sufficient time to align and secure our sources.
Regarding the DLC payment terms, we may not be able to accommodate a DLC payable at the destination. Our preferred arrangement would be for the DLC to become payable at the loading port, following the Buyer's inspection of the goods at the time of loading, conducted jointly with the Seller's team and SGS experts.
The transaction would be supported by a fresh SGS inspection report covering the A7 aluminium ingots loaded on board the vessel for shipment to the Buyer's destination port.
Furthermore, the SPA should include provisions allowing the DLC to be cancelled, where necessary, under clearly defined circumstances. This is intended to ensure that the agreement adequately addresses various possible situations and protects both parties throughout the transaction.
We aim to structure the transaction comprehensively and transparently, with appropriate provisions covering the possible scenarios that may arise during the execution of the contract.
When having questions on 50,000–100,000 MT A7 aluminium ingots loaded on board the vessel, please send your inquury!
