Chemical Composition : According to EN Standards
Surface: Fine smooth surface, without marks, dents and visible signs due to the casting process, packaging or transportation.
Uniform cellular grain distribution, with small segregation zones, without macroscopic defects and no inclusions (usually controlled by ceramic filters which are 17'' and less than 250ppi grade)
Good and complete homogenization process: Special emphasis to be given to H2 (very good homogenization) in order to achieve mechanical characteristics 
 
Our homogenization process is :
590 Degrees
warm-up (pre-heating), 2 hours + 20 minutes
stay at homogenization temperature, 2 hours
