please note that the procedures are as follows:
· Buyer sends LOI
· Seller sends FCO to the Buyer.
· Buyer signs/stamps and returns FCO with ICPO with full banking details and soft probe authorization.
· Buyer’s bank issues MT705.
· Seller sends POP, POL and photos and videos with buyer special code, draft contract (SPA).
· Buyer signs, stamps and returns contract.
· Seller issues the invoice (buyer pay 1,330 USD for each million tons)
· Buyer’s bank issues the draft LC
· Buyer’s bank issues final LC (MT-700)
· Shipment commences as scheduled.
