I need to monetize it's in- ground assets .
if there isn't a platform for this, I'd like to get an instrument placed against it
1. I am a Partner in a Mine in Ghana - I am a Partner in Profits and Business but, not in Ownership - I am an American Citizen
2. I have a recent (June 2009) Valuation/ Analysis Report from 2 German companies that value it at $7B - with 245MT below the ground
3. I am looking to get it monetized (preferably thru a Trade Platform) - to buy 40% Ownership and upgrade the Mine and export to my RWA Buyers worldwide
4. I have a company offering to issue a SBLC from a top Bank for $5M - $5B - if I can find a Lender that will accept it and, issue a Conditional Bank Letter or a Funds Confirmation Letter - but, we are open to other methods to monetize our Assets
5. I have been appointed by the Owner to be the Signatory and Bank Officer for this transaction - with complete Power of Attorney and full support from the Owner - I have this in writing, signed/ sealed
6. I have all pertinent documents signed/ dated/ initialed/ sealed - CIS, Passport, Banking, NCNDA, Permits, Certifications, Valuation, Non- Solicitation, etc. )
7. we do not have insurance
8. we have 500kg. Dust above- ground - no SKR - 97. 99% - 22 kt - $19, 500 USD kg - approx. $10M
9. Owner available for teleconference or skype
10. money is to be used to upgrade mine and increase monthly yield exponentially with advanced equipment (they currently mine by hand) - and, to build up the surrounding mining town. if any humanitarian funds are involved, there are many opportunities to build schools, infrastructure, clinics, churches, etc.
11. mine was closed most of last year, due to death of Owner - his wife is now the Sole Owner
12. mine has had the same Owner and has been in operation for over a decade
13. we are NOT interested in upfront fees of any kind
14. any "Exclusivity" agreement we sign will have a clause stating the agreement is Null & Void if we're asked for upfront money at ANY time
15. if monetization is a Loan, we would like to start off small - at about $10M - if it is a Trade Platform, we are open to suggestions
