Key features

Special hard alloys mainly contain:

copper (AA 2xxx) ,

copper- lead- bismuth (AA 2xxx) ,

magnesium- silicon (AA 6xxx) ,

magnesium- silicon- lead- tin (AA 6xxx)

zinc- magnesium- copper (AA 7xxx)

and are produced as direct casting (DC) .







Custom design

Diameters range from 195 to 433 mm and billet lengths are available from 500 to 6, 400 mm .

Scalping of billets is offered in diameters 150 to 405 mm in lengths of 500 to 1, 500 mm .

Submerged- Ultrasonic testing is also available.
