Aluminium ingot A7 for purchase, 20 000 tons monthly, CIF China

We would like to procure aluminium ingots A7.
Quantity 20,000 tons per month x 12 (to be gradually expanded to 50,000 tons per month and 100,000 tons per month from next year).
Destination: China (Port of Qingdao).
Payment method LC/MT700: A letter of credit (DLC, MT700) guaranteeing 100% of the contract amount will be issued at the port of destination within 5/7 days after the contract is concluded. The letter of credit must be issued by an international bank approved by the seller and must comply with the latest edition of the UCP (Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary).
