Procedure:

Buyer will issue LOI
Seller will issue Draft Contract to Buyer
Buyer to issue ICPO
Inspection must be done by SGS.
Payment By Irrevocable Transferable or Non Transferable LC or TT at Loading Port.

If Buyer want to visit the yard for the 1st shipment, Buyer cn visit after sign Contract but need to show BCL or RWA before visit the yard.
Seller prefer TT payment against Doc for the 1ST shipment when visit the yard. Follow up shipment can issue LC and payment can be done by LC.
