1. Buyer send LOI to Seller.

2. Seller send FCO to Buyer.

3. Buyer signs, stamps and returns FCO to Seller.

4. Seller sends draft SPA & open for amendment to Buyer.

5. Buyer signed SPA & send back to Seller.

6. Buyer prepare ICPO and draft LC and send to Seller

7. Seller sign ICPO and approved draft LC.

8. Buyer’s Bank issues LC.

9. Seller’s Bank verifies and confirms the LC.

10. Shipment starts and buyer will be notified and allowed to supervisehis loading at the loading port.

11. Confirmed SGS report accompanied with BL & shippingdocuments to release LC amount within 5days.
