III. CIF Price: LME minus 8% per metric ton.

IV. Port of discharge: CIF ASWP.

V. Quantity: First month 1000 MT then 3000 MT to 10000mt x 11 months.

VI. Freight terms: CIF or ASWP.

VII Delivery: 10 to 30 days max

VIII. Delivery time: 15-20 days.

I. Payment terms: TT-Telegraph to self-rotating bank, transferable or non-transferable,

SBLC or BG confirmed and irrevocable (LC ICC 600).

II. Payment: Against Proforma Invoice once issued and 100% irrevocable documentary letter of

Credit (LC ICC 600). Transferable or non-transferable, confirmed an opinion against signed delivery

Document and all the shipping documents with SGS made in the cargo port.
