B)      Montly : 3,000 - 4,000 mt/ monthly × 12 times

48,000 MT Per Annum

“Buyer” to confirm to “Seller” by Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).

Payment:

MT700 DLC Non Transferable, Irremovable + Pay at discharge Port

Inspection:

SGS or equivalent at Load Port by “Seller” and

SGS / CIG / or Equivalent at Un-Load Port in China / Korea at “Buyer” cost.

Payment Condition:

Payment to be upon receiving the qualified inspection report from international buyer (SGS/CIG/ or Equivalent) within Three (3) Working Days after the delivery at discharge Port in Korea

Performance Bond:

“Buyer” Open Non-Operative Irrevocable Non-Transferable Letter of Credit at sight to “Seller” Account.

“Seller” Issue an Irrevocable Non-Transferable 2% Performance Bond Favouring the “Buyer” to Activate Letter of Credit at sight.
