I have contacted him so many and we asked to have a zoom conversation and it was agreed. On the day of the meeting or few minutes before we start I text him to remind and confirm his availability and he says yes am fine to meet. TWICE he promised us to attend and left us behind waiting for him to attend and he doesn’t show up. He inquired 5% upfront payment to confirm the order but he is not interested to meet virtually face to face in Zoom meeting but I am supposed to pay upfront.. You do the judgement
