Aluminum ingots with 10% and 20% discount in LME table

I have a supplier that have aluminum ingots with 10% discount in LME table (origin Russia) and aluminum ingots with 20 % discount in LME table (origin non Russia). The supplier can sell any quantity of aluminum ingots (CIF, FOB, etc.) the supplier accept LC 100 % payable in delivery port (aluminum, copper ingots with 10 % discount in LME table). Please send a LOI with the detais.
