Delivery Schedule: Number of shipments 2 shipments Shipment quantity - 500,000 MT in revolving process according to the delivery program
First delivery time: 45 days after operative DLC
Delivery period: 1 or 2 shipments in every calendar month after the execution of this contract.
Delivery location: Safe anchorage at port of Kamsar-Boké ( Republic of Guinea)
Contract duration: 12 to 24 months – with extension option
DELIVERIES: Each shipment must be procured and delivered in accordance with standard FOB terms and delivery schedule.
