• The delivery terms for this S.P.A. agreement shall be on a F.O.B Cote d’Ivoir
• Seller confirms availability of the first tranche for delivery.
• Seller issues verifiable POP to the final buying company (NOT TO BROKERS OR INTERMEDIARIES) and any other documents required to verify the product.
• Buyer issues LC (Letter of Credit) for the product value.
• Seller will have procduct ready at departure port.
