Please kindly find the new offer for billet ex our Vietnamese local electric furnace mills with Detail s as follows:



Steel billet

Specification: If customer have specified chemistry, please inform as the electric mill may adjust.



Mild steel: Q235 or 3Sp/ Ps

Chemistry: Follow Q235 Specification of Chinese products or Russia Products.



Hight tensile: 20MnSi or Gr- 40 equivalent,

Chemistry:

C: 0. 20 - 0. 30%

Si: 0. 60 - 1. 00%

Mn: 1. 20 - 1. 60%

P, S: 0. 045% max



Size: 120 x 120 mm - 150 x 150 mm . Customer can chose the sizes.



The length: to be discussed as can be accoding to customers. Preferable the length 5. 85m or under so that we can be flaxible to ship by 20' cotainer in case smaller quantity.



Quantity: Upto customer 's requirement. Preferable 5000MT per 1 lot.



PRICE: USD370/ MT FOB Haiphong port.
