Binding Wire is also known as Black iron wire, also called black wire, is mostly used in construction or daily use as binding material. Soft annealed wire, also known as annealed wire, offers excellent flexibility and softness through the process of oxygen free annealing.
Soft annealed wire is mostly used in woven wire mesh or as wire tie. Iron wire can be processed into cut wire or U type wire for binding uses. JPR has binding wire which is 0. 9 mm thick (20 gauge) and is annealed, for soft and ease of usage. Annealed binding wire benefits the user, as there is no breakage, has a lot of flexibility, has a correct diameter (ensuring longer length) etc. However, for co mm ercial applications, we have binding wire which is not annealed and can be used for general applications.
