Buying aluminium ingots, FOB terms

I am interested in buying 99.7% pure aluminum ingot, not aluminum alloy ingot.
Quantity: 1000 tons per month for bulk shipment.
Quotation method: FOB
Payment terms: Irrevocable 100% L/C at sight, payment upon arrival at destination.
Packaging: Container, with seller providing dimensions.
SGS material report is required.
Please let me know the shipment quota that can be provided for L/C transactions.
