7. Procedure CIF
1. LOI / FCO
- Buyer submits a duly executed LOI.
- Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO).

2. SPA
- Both parties secure the electronically signed SPA, which will be deemed the original.
- A hard copy is provided at the Seller's office after successful yard inspection.
3. POF and Partial Proof of Product (POP) Allocation
- Buyer issues POF (Proof of Funds) to Seller.
- Immediately thereafter, Seller issues the following Partial POP allocation:
- Unsensitized Analysis Report
- HS Code
- Brand Name / Origin
- Year of Production
