Buying cobalt ore, 250 kg, to Germany

I am a researcher in need of cobalt ore to run experiments. I need at least 250 kg of cobalt-oxide / hydroxide ore and 250 kg of cobalt-sulphide ore, preferrably from the DRC or in general from the Central-African Copper Belt.
