Buying copper cathodes, China CFR

We are looking for Coper cathodes at LME -15%.
We are interested in buying but need full analysis, information of producing mine and proof of former exports.
Final destination is China CFR
Payment is by direct LC non transferible. 
One of the documents required is SGS or Intertek certificate of analyisis presented at time of issuing offer and also  similar analysis issued at time of loadind the containers at port of loading.
Payment terms are 90 pct against presentation of shipping docs as required by the LC and balance against certificate issued by China Customs (cIq) after boat arrival.
Please clarify whether is LME approved brand and country of origin.
