Payment:  D/P
Port of Discharge:  Lianyungang China
Performance Bond:  2% of the commodity value
Inspection: Quality, quantity, weight by SGS at Supplier's cost at Port of Loading and SGS at Port of Discharge
Inspection charge: charges at the Port of Loading is borne by seller, charges at Port of Discharge is borne by Buyer
Shipment: Shipment will commence no later than 30 days after contract.
