Buying railway wheels, axles, FOB, CFR, CIF terms

We are looking to connect with reliable suppliers, recyclers, scrap yards, and distributors who can supply scrap railway wheels, used railway wheelsets, and scrap railway axles for an overseas client.
Required material includes only:
Scrap railway wheels
Used railway wheelsets
Scrap railway axles
Please note: at this stage, we are only interested in railway wheels, wheelsets, and axles. Other general railway scrap or mixed ferrous scrap is not required.
Interested suppliers are requested to share the following details:
Available quantity and minimum order quantity
Yard/material location
Clear photos and videos of actual material
Price basis: FOB / CFR / CIF, if available
