Buying raw gold bars, 97 percent purity minimum to UAE

I am buying raw gold bars of 97% purity and above.
We need the gold to be transported to Dubai, UAE to a gold refinery.
We will pay after refining and final testing.
The gold remains seller's until we pay it out.
