Buying used rails, 10 000 mt monthly, FOB, CIF terms

We would like to buy used rails.
To start with we are looking at a quantity of 1000 MT for trial order. Once the trial is successful, minimum order quantity will be 10,000 MT per month.
Terms: FOB or CIF.
We work only on 100% LC.
