Buying wolfram concentrates

Dear Sirs.

This year we launched our hydrometallurgical plant in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. 
Now we produce calcium tungstate. But also we can produce molybdenum oxide. 
Our productivity is 20 tons per month for WO3 + 20 tons per month for MoO3.
We are interested in buying tungsten and molybdenum raw materials for our production 
with a main element content of at least 15-20%.
