Transaction Terms

Non-negotiable CIF transaction procedure.

The buyer issues an ICPO with Proof of Funds (POF) upon acceptance of the seller's Soft Corporate Offer. The seller then provides a draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for review and signing.

Partial Proof of Product (POP) documentation includes:

• Legalized SPA

• Commitment to Supply

• Product Passport

• Certificate of Origin

• Past Bill of Lading (B/L)

Inspection

Supplied products are stated to be compliant with SGS and Intertek inspections. Final cargo inspection is conducted by SGS, Q&Q, or an equivalent inspection company at the discharge port.

Contract & Shipment

For the first trial shipment, the seller appoints and signs a Charter Party Agreement (CPA) with the buyer and shipping company. The parties arrange payment to the shipping company for transportation to the buyer's final discharge port.

For subsequent monthly shipments, shipping documents are sent to the buyer's bank, followed by an SBLC from the buyer's bank to the seller's bank. The seller issues a 2% Performance Bond (P-Bond) to the buyer.
