10,000Mt to 50,000MT monthly CIF, Shanghai port
LC non transferable at sight
CIF target price is $4000 to $ 4200 per MT
2% PB, SGS inspection etc
Seller should be able to accept over price and pay that to intermediaries. Request from buyers mandate.
