Copper cathodes needed to China, year contract

I am interested in buying copepr cathodes. 
Payment mode: DLC from Singapore bank or transferable DLC.
Would appreciate a draft SCO for copper cathode with a trial of 10'000 MT and 50,000 MT x 11 months.
