As we are in need to buy 5000/mt scrap copper
Even the amount can be 5000 MT per month in contract
with you pls, give yr specification with offer price including our
group commission.payment by L/C signing PB 2% .
pls, the LOI will be ready on the buyer's confirmation of yr offer price.
