Deal on Progress: Cathod Copper Scrap Required

Request from end buyer from Bahrain
Buyer has already accepted 4500 USD/TM of Copper cathode CIF ASWP.

They want to try with 3000 TM at the begining and then 5000 TM × 12 months SPA.

Payment Terms: Irrevocable Non-Transferable LC.

About commissions payable by seller: After LOI revision, If you agree to move on with this deal, it is necessary from your side to issue FCO and sign and seal IMFPA-NCNDAs for each middlemen.

1. Buyer´s mandate commissions = 400 USD/MT (300 to Buyer´s mandate and 100 to collaborator.
2. Seller´s Agent (me) = 150 USD/MT. 3. 3950 USD/MT to seller´s side (you).
