Johnstown Wire Technologies has complete cleaning and coating facilities to provide most finishes available in the market today. Thirty- two wire drawing machines, including seven bull blocks and twenty- five deadblock equipped continuous machines provide the capability to produce a wide varitety of direct drawn products. Because of this broad capability, very large coils can be produced on most sizes. A new large multiple hole machine has recently been installed to increase the plant's size range on spring wire and other high carbon products. Products drawn from a maximum start size of 7/ 16" and with a maximum finish size of . 210" will now be available.
