Socket pipes with VRS- Tyroflex push- on joint top

VRS restrained joint makes impossible disconnection of pipes at sites with rough terrain, shifting ground or impact loads. Circular bead at the pipe spigot combined with two locks inserted into the recess of the socket after assembly and fixed with retainer wire, ensure thrust restraint of pipes. This is especially important if pipelines are laid in unstable grounds, in mountain terrains and for vertical position of pipes. For VRS joint a ring- shaped collar of austenite chrome- nickel wire is welded on the spigot end of pipe. VRS- Tyroflex restrained joint pipes are supplied with rubber seal rings and retainer locks.
