Centrifugally Cast (spun) Ductile Iron Pipe used for the transportation of water, gas & sewerage with socket and spigot with class K7 & K9 having inside cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating with finishing layer of Black Bitumen in lengths of 5. 5 / 6. 00 meter. These pipes support 'push- on' joints and would be manufactured in nominal diameters ranging from 80 mm (minimum) to 800 mm (maximum) . DI (Ductile Iron) pipes exhibit excellent resistance to corrosion, superior mechanical properties, highly durable cement mortar lining, excellent workability, extremely long service life, and a high Hazen Williams "C" value of 140 over its lifetime.



DI Pipes' superiority lies in the spheroidal graphite microstructure of Ductile Iron. Since the graphite structure is spherical, similar stress distributes evenly, thereby maintaining strength.
