Hamoun Nyzeh (HANYCO) was established in Iran with the annual capacity of 70000 metric tons in may 2006. (diameter of 80to700 mm )

Regarding the elevation market demand in local, and neighborcountries due to rapid expansion of water transfer projects, and thefact that the plants producing ductile iron pipes are few, Hamoun Nyzeh (HANYCO) was established with the annual capacity of 70000 metric tonsin may 2006. Constructional activities were tentatively exploited fromSeptember 2007. As scheduled mass production will begin on December2008.



This plant will produce pipes with diameter of 80to700 mm and thelength of 6 meter according to Iso 2531 standard. Cement mortar liningis applied at the internal surfaces of the pipes and fitting, and Zinkmetal plus bitumen painting is used as the external coating. Thesecoating processes are performed in according to ISO 4179 and Iso 8179- 2standards respectively. The required pipe gaskets are also producedaccording to Iso 8633 standard.
