When having questions on European company is looking for a new supplier of dry lead-acid batteries, please send your inquury!
Our company intends to sign a contract with a supplier of lead scrap. To be specific, we are interested in dry lead-acid batteries (old and used).
There are important requirements for these batteries:
1) All of the lead-acid batteries must not be radioactive. When measuring the smallest concentration of radioactivity, the goods will not be accepted.
2) Lithium batteries are not accepted (Li-On Akku).
As we are looking to build a relationship with a new supplier, we want to start off with 1 container (20 ft.). Potentially, we want to sign a contract with much larger volumes for the upcoming 2020-2021 years.
In terms of payments, at first, we will make a deposit of 10-15% before the container is shipped. The remaining payment is to be done after we check all batteries if they pass our requirements. In case if some batteries are not dry, radioactive or include Li-On Akku, we won't accept and pay for them.
The term of the shipment that we require is CIF (Incoterms 2010), Port of Hamburg, Germany.
We are looking forward to receiving your offer during December 2019 and January 2020. For any questions, feel free to contact me.
