Solenoid coils are designed for continuous duty operation. Encapsulation in epoxy material offers a most effective protection against mechanical damage and is an excellent heat dissipator. The class of coil insulation is generally F (155oC temp. ) high temperature coils with insulation class H (180o temp. ) are also available.
