TECHNICAL : A. PREPAINTED COILS: - Thickness: from 0, 2 mm to 0, 8 mm ; - Width: from 800 mm to 1250 mm ; - Coil weight: 5- 8 mt; - Coil inner diameter: 508 mm or 610 mm ; - Coil outer diameter: 900 mm or 1500 mm ; The paint is supplied by the top manufacturer AKZO NOBEL Sweden.
After coating, samples are tested in laboratory according to EN 15523: a) Basic tests: - coating thickness, according to EN 13523- 1/ 2002; - specular gloss, according to EN 13523- 2/ 2002- color difference, instrumental comparison according to EN 13523- 2/ 2002; - pencil hardness, according to EN 13523- 2/ 2002. b) Specific tests: - resistance to rapid deformation (impact test) , according to EN 13523- 2/ 2002; - resistance to cracking and bending (T- bend test) , according to EN 13523- 7/ 2002; - adhesion after indentation (cupping test) , according to EN13523- 6/ 2003; Colours: RAL 3011; RAL8017, RAL 5010, RAL 6005; RAL 9002; RAL 9006 or other colours at customer's request, for minimum orders for 20 MT/ colour. B. HOT- DIP GALVANIZED COILS: The Hot- Dip Galvanized Steel Coils are produced by PROFILAND- INTFOR Group as per following specification: - Thickness: from 0, 2 mm to 1, 2 mm ; - Width: from 800 mm to 1250 mm ; - Coil weight: 5- 8 mt; - Coil inner diameter: 508 mm or 610 mm ; - Coil outer diameter: 900 mm 1500 mm - Zinc layer: 100 - 275 g/ sqm on both sides (we can also deliver coils having various zinc layers of 50 100 g/ sqm on one side than the other side) . Characteristics: - Very good workability at further cold forming during bending processes; - Very good adherence of the zinc layer at the support material; - Durability; - Very good resistance against corrosion in various conditionsAt customer request, the galvanized strip could be also delivered as cut- to- length sheets. C. ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANNELS: Profilbond is a high- quality Aluminium Composite Panel made of two aluminium plates (0, 4 mm thick) and a polyethylene core made through hot rolling and pressure. Due to this process, a perfect surface flatness and a great balance between weight and resistance is obtained. - The thickness of the whole composite structure is 4 mm . The upper surface is painted and varnished with a PVDF layer, in order to obtain a perfect UV and abrasion resistant surface, with a long life expectancy (around 25 years) . These panels are delivered in standard size: 1220x2440 (3250) mm , or in the size required by the customerD. COLD FORMED SECTIONS AND LONGITUDINALLY WELDED PIPES- Material: the steel sections are made of hot rolled coils- Steel grades: S235JR, S275JR and S355JR according EN10025- producing and tolerances acording to EN1062/ 2003/ EN10219- 2/ 2006- length: 6000 mm or at customer request up to 12000 mm . 1. Cold Formed L sections - Sizes: from 20X20 mm up to 125X125 mm , thickness between 1, 5- 8, 0 mm . 2. Cold Formed U sections- Sizes: from 15X15 mm up to 250X800 mm , 300X100 mm , thickness between 1, 5- 8, 0 mm . 3. Longitudinally welded rectangular hollow sectionSizes: from 25X15 mm ; 30X10 mm mm up to 60X80 mm 4. Longitudinally welded circular hollow sections: Sizes: from 19 mm to 159 mm 5. Longitudinally welded hollow sections: Sizes: from 15X15 mm up to 150X150 mm E.
