The mediator company have the intent to procure ‘UNUSED RAILS’ as per specification requested below and in the attached letter of intent. The FCO shall contain detailed Terms & Conditions and shall be supported with all relevant documents.:
A. Contract Quantity 50,000 MT x 12 Months
B. MOQ / Trial 50,000 MT
C. Packing Spec Bundled.
D. CIF Price Per MT TBD.
E. INCOTERMS CIF.
