Our HC15 material is proprietary engineered material formulated to enhance reactivity for difficult to remediate contaminants. This premium grade material is produced using an innovative manufacturing process which results in ZVI particles which offer a high density of reactive sites. This is achieved using both specific particle size classification and combinations of ZVI alloying elements. HC15 powders are available in a wide range of particle sizes that vary from 5 microns up to 50 micron size. The batch consistency and product reliability are hallmarks of HC15. HC15 premium atomized ZVI has been developed to treat specific recalcitrant compounds. Data showing its effectiveness on emergency contaminants such as carbon tetrachloride and trichloropropane as well as vinyl chloride as been published. Hepures ZVI products has been demonstrated to reduce chlorinated contaminants, as well as i mm obilize heavy metals such as arsenic, chromium or lead. They may be applied for insitu remediation by injection, mixing or other emplacement techniques or used as part of an exsitu process in water treatment processes.
