IRIDA CHROM- TRI Environmentally friendly passivation processes type A - passivation process used to produce a blue passive coating perfectly compatible with Chimsintes zinc plating processes. Passive film of this type provides corrosion resistans (white corrosion) not less then 72 hours. Level of addition 60- 80 g/ l type B - passivation process used to produce a high corrosion resistant iridescent yellowish green- red passive coating. Passive film of this type provides corrosion resistans (white corrosion) to 260 hours. Level of addition 100- 120 g/ l. Both processes can be carried out at room temperature.
