Specification: Chemical Guarantee - Minimum 46 %.

PACKING:  Break Bulk.

DISCHARGE RATE: Minimum discharge RATE shall be 12,000 MT per weather working day (WWD).

CONTRACTED QUANTITY: 300.000 (+/-5%) MT 20,000 MT PER MONTH DURING 12 months.

shipment delivery:  shipment shall be 20,000 mt per month (+/-5%), during 12 months, may be extended for another 2 (two) years, within 75-90 days after receipt acceptable buyers bank  bg ou lc operative.

INSPECTION: Quality, Quantity, weight inspection is to be carried out by SGS at seller's cost at the loading port.

Performance Bond: 2% (Two Percent), FOR THE VALUE OF 1 SHIPMENT.

price basis: price basis: the price base: 46% grade per dry metric ton of the product purchased and sold hereunder ("base price"), shall be united states dollars and the fixed price (same year) and the price revision (annually): 

payment condition:

guarantee: by irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, divisable, banking guarantee "bg" with face value covering 20,000 mt of the first month (one month) of the contract.

monthly payment: by irrevocable, confirmed, non-transferable, divisable, ardlc - automatic, revolving, documentary letter of credit, payable at sight of 100% of the shipment value. the payment of the goods will be paid upon the presentation of the shipping documentation at the loading port.

REJECTION: That shall be Rejection Mn content below 42%.
